INFLATION DIRECTION
- Inflate ball, but not to 100% of size on initial inflation
- Wait 24 hours
- Deflate 50%
- Inflate ball to right size. The ball will increase to proper size with second inflation
- Inflate the ball so that the knees and hips form a 90-degree angle. Hips should be slightly higher than your knees
- Measure from the bottom to the top of the ball
- The ball’s final size of inflation should not be more than 45 cm, DO NOT overinflate
Any stiffness experienced when sitting on a ReformMe Fit-Chair® for the first time (like the one experienced with any other exercise), eases after a couple of days.
