Please note that due to an automatic ordering system, order amendments or cancellations are no longer possible once your order is dispatched.

All returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging with tags attached. If any products have been removed from their wrapper, we are unable to accept a return.

Refunds will be issued to the originating bank account or original card used for purchase. Returns can only be refunded to the person who originally placed and paid for the order, and the refund can only be processed back via the same payment method. Refunds can take up to 40 days to clear after receipt of the returned items.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund initial shipping costs as well as return shipping costs.

The postage and handling of your return is your responsibility. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage when sending your parcel back to us, as we will not accept responsibility for any returns that do not actually arrive back to us. If ReformMe is requested to pay for additional taxes upon arrival of your returned merchandise we will refuse the parcel and it will be returned to sender.
