INFLATION DIRECTION

• Inflate ball but not to 100% of size on initial inflation
• Wait 24 hours
• Deflate 50%
• Inflate ball to right size. The ball will increase to proper size with second inflation
• Inflate the ball so that the knees and hips form a 90 degree angle. Hips should be slightly higher than your knees
• Measure from the bottom to the top of the ball
• The ball’s final size of inflation should not be more than 52cm, DO NOT overinflate
